Rich is a 27-year real estate veteran, entrepreneur, and global team builder who has built his career—and his wealth—by understanding how to create opportunity in real estate and teaching others to do the same.

After starting his career in appraisal and investing — flipping over $23 million in real estate early on — Rich transitioned into sales and eventually built a top-producing team in the Carolinas.

In late 2017, Rich joined eXp Realty and found the platform that aligned with his vision for business ownership and residual income. There, he built a global organization of nearly 3,000 agents across all 50 states and more than a dozen countries. Today, the organization he leads is responsible for over 12,000 transactions annually throughout 16 countries.

His approach combines high performance with long-term thinking—leveraging systems, ownership, and revenue share to create sustainable wealth. His philosophy is simple—build a business that serves your life, not the other way around.

Elizabeth is a real estate leader, investor, educator, and entrepreneur who has spent more than two decades helping people build successful businesses and step more fully into their leadership.

After earning her marketing degree from Texas A&M and starting her career at Dell, Elizabeth found her calling in real estate, where she could combine entrepreneurship, community, and mentorship. Over the years, she has become known for building businesses, developing leaders, and creating opportunities for others to succeed.

At eXp Realty, Elizabeth has helped grow one of the company’s largest global agent organizations while mentoring agents across the industry on leadership, growth, and building sustainable businesses.

She is also the creator of SHiNE, a leadership experience designed to bring thoughtful leaders into the same room for honest conversations, meaningful connection, and the kind of growth that happens when people feel seen.

At the heart of Elizabeth’s work is a simple belief: the right rooms—and the right relationships—change everything.

HALLIE WARNER

Hallie is a coach, consultant, and content creator, as well as the CEO of The Founder & The Force Multiplier.

Over the past 15 years, Hallie has worked at the intersection of entrepreneurship, real estate, coaching, and strategic executive support. Most notably, she served as the Executive Assistant, then Chief of Staff, to a real estate entrepreneur for over 13 years working as his right-hand partner to build several successful organizations.

Hallie has built her career on being a Force Multiplier—ensuring the objectives, goals, and vision of her leader were organized, communicated, delegated, and executed. Today, she brings this same philosophy of ownership, partnership, and results to her coaching and consulting clients, whether that’s through The Force Multiplier Academy, fractional Chief of Staff services, or 1:1 small business, career, and leadership coaching.

Hallie is also the co-author of two Amazon #1 bestsellers and is currently earning her Book Coach Certification. And for the next phase of her real estate career, Hallie decided to build her business on the eXp platform.
